How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock cookware ships within 1-2 business days. Large boilers and burner rigs ship freight and may take longer — call us for a delivery estimate.
Is your cast iron pre-seasoned?
Yes. Our cast iron pots and dutch ovens arrive pre-seasoned and ready to cook. Keep them oiled after each use and the seasoning only improves.
What's the difference between cast iron and AlumaChef?
Cast iron holds heat longest and builds seasoning over time. AlumaChef cast aluminum heats evenly, weighs about half as much, and needs no seasoning.
Do you take wholesale or large group orders?
