Broiled Red Fish with Crawfish Cream Sauce
Gulf redfish under the broiler with a rich crawfish cream sauce spooned over the top.

Simple fish, serious sauce. Louisiana crawfish tails, cream and a little Cajun seasoning turn a weeknight fillet into something you'd order out.
Method

Season the fillets and broil 8-10 minutes until they flake easily.

Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the garlic and green onion until fragrant.

Add the crawfish tails and heat through, then pour in the cream.

Simmer until the sauce coats a spoon and season to taste.

Spoon the sauce over the fish and serve with lemon.
